I thought many of you may be interested to see that according to the moving in and out numbers for the state of Colorado, we’re considered balanced. Living in Denver you sure can feel the excitement of new industries, a growing city, and a swiftly moving real estate market. But, in the big picture it looks like steady movement of individuals in and out of the state.
Denver Mayor Michael Hancock says it is critical we carefully manage the growth we’ve seen in recent years. “We’ve seen our city grow by a 100,000 in the last decade. We’re expecting it will grow by a 100,000 in this decade. So it’s moving and it’s moving pretty fast,” Hancock said.
