One of the many joys of my job is getting to know a whole family along the way. Hey, a friend of the family (who bought a home from me in Boulder, Colorado last year) introduced me to their friend who is closing soon on a home in Broomfield, Colorado. His dad wanted to live closer to is grandson so we set up a search that would be within a 15 minute drive of his son's new home.
