One of the many joys of my job is getting to know a whole family along the way.  Hey, a friend of the family (who bought a home from me in Boulder, Colorado last year) introduced me to their friend who is closing soon on a home in Broomfield, Colorado.  His dad wanted to live closer to is grandson so we set up a search that would be within a 15 minute drive of his son's new home. So, see we are...these three will live within about 20 minutes of each other and are so excited of their next chapter in Colorado with some of their favorite people.
