Show Stopping Five Points Townhome

Welcome to Five Points and Sean's new neighborhood!  Each neighborhood in Denver has such a unique personality and this one is no different.  Conveniently located North of downtown Denver, Five Points is rooted in it's original Jazz culture which has morphed into more of a home for creatives and foodies alike.  Developments like The Rossonian and Nocturne celebrate the jazz roots that originally built this neighborhood.  You can also see this in the architecture which is a mixture of new and old. These days Five Points is known for it's amazing restaurants, markets, and walkable atmostphere.  Some of the Local's favorites are Death and Co, Los Chingones, and Work and Class.  Personally I stop in to Denver Central Market and Modern Nomad.  You can't help but feel local artists infusing every corner with personality.  Some of my favorite things are small things like the rino in the bike land and the multicolored pedestrian crossings.  These small things are what bring this neighborhood alive in conjunction with ever changing artist murals.

This urban contemporary townhome stands out as it has been smartly designed with entertaining & attention to detail in mind, featuring unobstructed views of Downtown Denver from not only the rooftop deck but from the rare to find 2nd story entertaining space perfect for dining, grilling, & watching the game. The private rooftop deck offers an additional gas line, low maintenance decking, dramatic city & mountain views. I'm sure she'll enjoy the attention to detail in the exterior design accented by wooden overhangs and thoughtfully placed modern metal highlights.

With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the primary bedroom features double vanity with quartz countertops, floating vanity, frameless shower, and walk in closet that she will love the most. The separate entrance to the first floor creates additional potential to easily convert this space into a airbnb or work from home scenario.
