Buying a house is the biggest purchase we will ever (hopefully) make and being able to trust our real estate agent was our top and only priority. Megan was always available even after hours or if she was out with friends she would communicate this and give us a heads up when she would be available, which was usually in the following 5-10 minutes (this was not necessary, but it was appreciated). Again, she was always on top of deadlines and made sure all entities involved were on top of the deadlines as well. She had to file multiple extends on the contract to make sure it didn't fall through. She advocated for us with our lender and was an emotional support when things got very stressful. She didn't force us towards one property over another. She offered honest feedback about a property when we asked for it, and also called out risks with certain properties that we might not have organically understood. We had a pretty tight budget and she definitely did not pressure us to the limit. I would 100 percent highly recommend Megan to anyone purchasing a home in Denver!

Until I worked with Megan I always had a low opinion of most real estate agents. Megan is a rare gem in her profession. While some agents I considered gave low market appraisals for the house an old trick that gives them an easy sale without having to work Megan gave me the highest appraisal out of 6 agents and then brought in $11,000 more! She did it by consulting and advising us well, staging it beautifully, working like crazy to market it and negotiating well. She made the process super easy for us. Megan is the real deal. I enthusiastically give her the strongest possible recommendation.

Megan was so helpful to us as far as helping pick out an area to purchase our home. Once we were in escrow, she anticipated any problems before they could occur. She obtained estimates for repairs, not knowing if they would be needed yet. We used several people she had referenced for repairs and was happy with each vender. Megan was always very responsive and helped me navigate the contract process with ease as this was my first time purchasing a home and this was a whole new experience. I never felt like any question I asked was silly and Megan always explained everything thoroughly to me so I understood the decisions I was making.
