We contacted Megan in the fall of 2018 to give her the heads up that we were preparing for a major life shift and moving from Denver to Fort Collins. Our house was a very eclectic house that would require just the right person to buy it. We needed her help in advance so that we could know what to do (and what not to do) to prepare our house for the market. On top of this I took a new job in Fort Collins 5 months before we put the house on the market. While some agents I considered gave low market appraisals for the house an old trick that gives them an easy sale without having to work Megan gave me the highest appraisal out of 6 agents and then brought in $11,000 more! She did it by consulting and advising us well, staging it beautifully, working like crazy to market it and negotiating well. She made the process super easy for us. Megan is the real deal. Megan was so helpful to us as far as helping pick out an area to purchase our home. Once we were in escrow, she anticipated any problems before they could occur. She obtained estimates for repairs, not knowing if they would be needed yet. We used several people she had referenced for repairs and was happy with each vender.
