Searching for Homes
Enhanced search features allow you to finely tune your search to specific locations, neighborhoods, school districts, streets or use specified criteria such as # of bedrooms, baths, square footage, lot space and more. You can search for active, pending, sold listings and rentals. With the MLS refreshing its listings every 15 minutes, you’ll see homes pop up before anyone else.
Detailed Information
While beautiful photos are one thing, it’s important to really get to know a property’s details and history. In the app you’ll be able to view basic information such as bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and lot size as well as detailed information including any HOA information and dues, property taxes, and when the property was listed or if it dropped in price.
Instant Updates
Once you create and save your home search you’ll have the opportunity to instantly receive mobile updates and notifications when homes go on the market. Seeing homes faster than anyone else gives you the upper hand in finding the perfect place and setting up a showing before anyone else!
Favorite Homes
Keeping a list of homes that catch your eye has never been easier. Just heart your top picks and they will be filed away under your Favorites. You can access them at any time and will receive updates on if any homes receive a contract, drops in price, or withdraw from the MLS.

Setting up showings is a breeze with instant connectivity to me. You can send me a direct message within the app, email me your list of Favorites, or text me anytime with a link to the homes you’d love to see. In person showings can be set up faster and easier within the app and makes you far ahead of the competition.
