The Denver Real Estate Market’s official kick-off for the busy season is the weekend directly following the last game played by the Denver Broncos. The arrow above the corresponding colored line represents the Bronco’s last game for that year. The weekend following that game shows a 35-40% increase in purchase contracts accepted.
While it’s a bummer that we’ll be watching this year’s Super Bowl at home- I’m glad to say that real estate season is officially here. We’ll get ’em next year- until then, expect the fast moving Denver market to burst out of the starting gates.
