A lasting impact of the pandemic will be that we all realize how important it is to be close to friends and family. We’re so happy to welcome Pat and Marla back to their Denver roots and know that in this location family is just around the corner. Dave and JoLinda have been amazing meeting me for each showing and with clear excitement to have Pat and Marla nearby. They’re often the highlight of my week as I was already jealous that Angela and Nicole got to have them for neighbors.
They have room to entertain outside and their porch faces West to see the sun set over the mountains. Also, this is an end unit so it’ll be nice to have more privacy and space for the dogs.
The kitchen is truly the heart of this home! Extra tall cabinets, slab granite counters, sleek dark stainless steel appliances, pantry, drink fridge, and nearby dining room would make any of us inspired to cook! It’s nice to have an open layout with the large island, living room and the porch just out the door by the dining room.
A large main floor master suite with two closets and master bathroom is perfect for these two.
The basement is great bonus space with room to exercise, lounge, and work from home. As we all know the longer you live in Colorado the more visitors you have. So there is a great guest space with egress window. With custom stone details and fireplace it’s very welcoming!
